Frequently Asked Questions
Starting therapy or life coaching can bring up a lot of questions. You may be wondering if therapy is right for you, what the process will be like, or whether I’m the right person to help.
After more than 30 years as a psychotherapist, I’ve learned that there is no one approach that works for everyone. Every person brings their own experiences, personality, relationships, and challenges to the process. My goal is to listen, understand where you are, and draw from my training and experience to find what works best for you.
I’ve put together answers to some of the questions I’m asked most often. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, please call, text, or email me. I’m always happy to answer your questions and talk about whether we might be a good fit.
